The Pink Floyd album titled "Hits" is a compilation LP released in 1983 exclusively in Brazil. The tracklist is similar to the 1981 international compilation album "A Collection of Great Dance Songs," but it replaces "One Of These Days" with "The Gunner's Dream" from "The Final Cut," which was also released in 1983. Several unofficial releases of albums titled "Hits" by Pink Floyd also exist. These include vinyl LPs and CD compilations, some of which are marked as unofficial releases and may feature different tracklists or packaging.

Significance
The album compiles tracks from Pink Floyd's golden era, spanning from 1973 to 1983, and includes songs from some of their best studio albums. It provides a collection of popular songs for the Brazilian market.
The track "Money" on "Hits" is a re-recorded version from 1981 because Capitol Records wouldn't license the original to Columbia/CBS Records. David Gilmour re-recorded the track, playing most of the instruments and co-producing with James Guthrie.
